We are recruiting to fill the following position:

Position:
HR Manager/Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos
Division/Department: Human Resources/Administration
Reports To: Project Directors

Description

Working with and assisting the Project Directors to provide administrative support. Also responsible for the Company’s day to day running and assist in human resources functions.

Basic Responibilities

  • Scheduling appointments for the Project Directors.
  • Act as Project Directors’ first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.
  • Correspondences with Clients
  • Prepares correspondence and other letter writing on behalf of the Project Directors
  • Ensures that project contracts and bids are complete and filed on time
  • Manages day to day operations and general office administration
  • Maintains comprehensive filing system
  • Keep organisation's personnel records up-to-date
  • Manages recruiting and staffing logistics
  • Manages performance management and improvement tracking systems
  • Coordinates new employee orientation and development
  • Assisting with employee relations
  • Ensures smooth and effective communication in the office
  • Compensation, benefits administration and recordkeeping;
  • Responsible for managing employee safety, welfare, wellness, health reporting and employee services;
  • maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
  • Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Social Sciences or relevant field
  • Work Experience: - 3 to 5 years
