Job Description

• The HR Manager will be responsible for implementing HR practices, and sustainable HR initiatives, providing quick solutions using experience, and handling HR-related issues as they arise with organisational agility to guide decision-making.

Requirements

• BSC/BA in Human Resource, Business Administration, Sociology or any relevant field.
• HR Credentials (e.g. HR Certification)
• Verifiable experience as an HR Manager/HR Executive/HR Officer
• Excellent knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability.
