1. Draft Legal documents for real estate transactions

2. Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly

3. Represent company in purchases and sales of properties

4. Design and help implement company policies

5. Research and recommend performance evaluation methods

6. Address employee requests and potential issues

7. Hiring and recruiting of employees

8. issuing queries and sanctioning of non compliance to company policies

9. perfection of legal documents

10. Land search at Ministry of Lands
