Job Title: Human Capital Development Officer - Lagos

Job Description

• Maintaining physical and digital copies of the department’s records and files.

• Ensuring that the department’s online database is up to date with relevant uploads (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation, sick leaves, contact addresses).

• Assisting with company policies and procedure research.

• Processing employee HR related requests.

• Coordinating Human Capital Development projects, meetings, trainings, seminars and interviews.

• Supporting the Head of Human Capital Development to provide orientation for new employees, share on-boarding packages, explain company policies and conduct relevant background check on employees.

Job Requirements

Applicants should:

• Have completed Bachelor’s degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field with a minimum grade of Second Class Lower.
• Have relevant experience as HR assistant or administrative assistant.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Demonstrate excellent writing and creative thinking skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively. 
• Possess proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Strong telephone, email and in-person communication skills.
