Job Position: Human Resource Consultant

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Minimum of a First Degree from a reputable university.
• 7-8 years of experience in an HR Generalist or in a similar HR consulting role
• Proven experience collaborating with clients to assess their people & process needs as well as providing strategic guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Able to develop and implement HR strategies and solutions that align with client’s business objectives. Outstanding communication and presentation skills is required.
• Able to conduct HR audits and assessments to pinpoint areas for improvement while actively contributing to the growth and development of our HR consulting practice.
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices, and exhibit the ability to foster strong client relationships as well as act as a trusted advisor.
