Job Position: Human Resource Manager

Job Location: Lagos

About the Role

• We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
• Process payroll and benefits administration.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Assist with employee relations and resolving employee concerns.
• Provide administrative support to the MD, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Degree in Human Resources or similar course
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
