Job Overview

• Our client, a leading merchant payment services firm, is launching a B2B global payout service and a licensed IMTO service; and is seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resource Manager to set up and lead the HR function across multiple geographies. 
• The ideal candidate will be experienced in setting up HR processes, implementing performance systems (OKRs, KPIs, MPRs), managing HR operations, and driving culture and compliance in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement OKRs, KPIs, and performance review systems
• Lead full-cycle HR operations and develop company-wide HR policies
• Partner with leadership on organizational design and talent strategy
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in fintech or regulated industries
• Strong knowledge of performance frameworks and labor laws
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) preferred
• Global HR or startup experience is a plus. The ideal candidate should have a STEM background and worked with a midwife firm in its formative stage.
