Job Summary

  • As we continue to scale, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our people strategy and foster a high-performance, inclusive, and agile work environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a technology-driven organization, preferably within fintech, and a proven ability to support fast-paced, high-growth teams.

Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Operations:

  • Design and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks tailored for a tech-driven environment.

Talent Acquisition & Management:

  • Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and attract top tech talent.
  • Drive a seamless and engaging recruitment process, leveraging tech platforms and data-driven sourcing strategies.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle activities — from hiring to offboarding.

Culture & Development:

  • Champion company culture, values, and engagement initiatives.
  • Lead training and development programs that support technical and soft skill growth.
  • Implement employee feedback and pulse surveys to enhance workplace satisfaction.

Performance & Analytics:

  • Develop and track KPIs related to hiring, retention, and performance.
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership using HR analytics and dashboards.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, data protection regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Manage workplace investigations and resolve conflicts with fairness and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (MBA or CIPM/SHRM is a plus)
  • 3+ years of HR experience in a technology or fintech company.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, scaling startup or tech-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of tech talent dynamics and culture.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with modern HR tools (e.g., BambooHR, Deel, Notion, Lever, etc.).
