Job Summary

  • The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization.
  • This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and ensuring that the company’s HR policies and strategies align with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities


  • recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, selection, and hiring.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and employee specifications.
  • Oversee new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and management on HR-related issues, policies, and concerns.
  • Provide guidance on setting performance goals and objectives.
  • Work with managers to create employee development plans.
  • Assess training needs and create learning and development programs.
  • Implement leadership development programs to cultivate talent within the organization.
  • Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
  • Implement and manage performance evaluation processes.
  • payroll and ensure employee compensation is competitive.
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Update and maintain employee handbooks, HR policies, and procedures.
  • Stay up to date on HR legislation and trends and ensure company policies reflect best practices.
  • Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
  • Manage HR budgets and forecast future HR needs.
  • Oversee workforce planning and succession planning efforts.
  • Manage HR software (HRIS) for data management and reporting.
  • Track key HR metrics like turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and compliance audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in human resources management (3+ years preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with HR software (HRIS, payroll systems, etc.).
