Job Description

• A leading company in the oil and gas construction and engineering industry is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented HR Officer to join their team. 
• This role involves providing essential HR support by managing employee records, processing payroll information, and ensuring efficient documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee files and maintain accurate, up-to-date records with utmost confidentiality.
• Process payroll information and support benefits administration.
• Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate employee orientation, onboarding, and training sessions.
• Provide guidance on company policies and HR best practices.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in the Oil and Gas or Engineering and Construction industries is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
