We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resource Officer

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date
• Handle staff welfare, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices
• Monitor staff performance and support training & development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal regulations
• Manage payroll inputs, leave records, and attendance systems
• Foster a positive and productive workplace environment.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / M.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years of work experience

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
