Job Position: Human Resources Analyst
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

• B.Sc Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• Minimum of 2- 3 years working experience in a similar role,
• Possess or student member of CIPM is an added advantage.

Skills / Competencies Requirements:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong capabilities in HR strategy formulation, talent sourcing, talent engagement and retention.
• Staff Training and development, Appraisal management, Staff Welfare, Payroll administration
• Must have strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Highly proficient in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
