We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Associate

Job Locations: Abuja
Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Run workshops to train employees on updated protocols and rules.
  • Overseeing recruitment efforts
  • Prepare memos, reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Assist with the design and support recruitment and selection processes relevant to client needs.
  • Schedule candidates and send out invites for assessment tests and interviews.
  • Handle correspondence to candidates.
  • Answer queries by employees and clients.
  • Serve as the first Aider when necessary.
  • Prepare recommendations on organizational improvement.
  • Work with members of own team to offer different ideas.
  • Assist the Consulting Team with the design, development and implementation of policies, procedures and processes that provide up to date and best practice foundations for day to day people management.
  • Support the development and execution of strategy and plans from an HR perspective.
  • Support HR manager.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning for the organisation
  • Provide support in HR-related queries from both managers and employees.
  • Collaborate with Line Managers to develop job descriptions specifications for in-house roles and clients.
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
  • Other deliverables deemed by Management.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • 4 years of minimum experience.
