Position Summary


  • The Human Resources Executive (HR Executive) will work closely with our Principal Consultant to coordinate the deployment of HR solutions to a wide range of clients across a variety of sectors including finance, healthcare, education and not-for-profit.
  • The job holder will be responsible for leading HR consulting projects, addressing client needs and contributing to the successful delivery of HR services.

A strong leaning towards technology is required; so is someone with a process driven and methodical approach to work.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Consulting Projects:

  • Assist in the development and execution of HR consulting projects.
  • Contribute to the creation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and deliverables for clients.

Compliance and Regulation:

  • Stay updated on labour laws and HR regulations to ensure clients are in compliance.
  • Provide guidance on HR compliance matters, such as employment law and workplace policies.

Recruitment and Talent Management:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for diverse grade hires and functional roles.
  • Support clients with their recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
  • Assist in talent management activities, including performance reviews and employee development.

Employee Relations:

  • Assist clients with employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
  • Help in the development of employee engagement strategies.

Training and Development:

  • Participate in the design and delivery of HR training and development programmes for clients.

Client Support:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Collect, record and analyse employee information and data, generating reports and recommendations based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Conduct HR assessments, audits, and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing client records, and maintaining project documentation.

Minimum Requirements and Skills

  • A minimum of University Degree / HND (or its equivalent) in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations or other related courses of study.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven HR experience, working in within a consulting firm or corporate in-house HR team.
  • A relevant HR professional certification or currently enrolled and at the final stage i.e. CIPM, CIPD, HRCI, SHRM, etc.
  • Technology savvy - proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word and Power Point) and HR tools such as ATS, pre-employment screening platforms and HRIS. Comfort using Google Suite will also be an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, good time management, ability to prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly and strong attention to detail.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, employment documentation and employment contracts.
