Job Position: Human Resources Data Analyst

Job Location: Lagos
Schedule: Full-time

Key Responsibilities


  • The HR Data Analyst is responsible for collecting and compiling HR data and metrics from various sources to support the HR operations effort.
  • Clean and organize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the development of data-driven HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.
  • Help with job audits and HR investigations and follow up with relevant parties.
  • Assist in the development of dashboards and reports to visualize data for decision-making.
  • Perform statistical analysis and modelling to identify patterns and trends.
  • Analyze and interpret data to generate actionable insights.
  • Analyze and present data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions.
  • Report on key HR metrics as required by the organization.
  • Other responsibilities and tasks required to support organizational goals and objectives

Reporting Line:

  • This position reports to the Lead, HR Operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
  • 3 - 5 years of related experience as an HR Analyst or similar role.
  • Familiarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll, recruitment, selection, training, benefits, and/or equal opportunity compliance preferred.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to collate, clean, analyze and interpret data to derive business insights.
  • Proven knowledge and hands-on experience using Human Resources Management Systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data to derive business insights.
