Job Summary


  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our Human Resources team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR documentation, and compliance with labor laws.
  • You will play a key role in helping the company attract, develop, and retain talent.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer roll-out).
  • Organize and facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support in drafting employment letters, contracts, and HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate learning and development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
  • Handle employee queries and provide support in resolving HR-related issues.
  • Assist in the performance management process.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (internship or full-time).
  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
