Job Position: Human Resources Executive

Job Summary

• As the Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening all HR functions within the clinic, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll administration, performance management, and policy development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, background verification, and employee documentation processes
• Manage payroll, statutory remittances (PAYE, Pension), HMO enrollment, and employee benefits administration
• Develop, implement, and audit HR policies, SOPs, compliance frameworks, and performance management systems
• Ensure 100% compliance with Nigerian labor laws and healthcare regulatory requirements (including professional license tracking)
• Analyze HR metrics, prepare management reports, and drive workforce planning and training initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field; CIPM certification is mandatory
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or standalone HR role
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, statutory compliance, HR frameworks, and healthcare regulatory standards
• Experience building HR structures, policies, and systems from the ground up

Salary
NGN 350,000 - NGN 500,000 Monthly.
