Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Must be a CIPM member.
