Job Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: CEO
Industry: Oil & Gas (Upstream & Downstream)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR functions
• Drive recruitment, talent development, and retention
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and engagement
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and industry regulations
• Manage compensation, benefits, and HR policies
• Support leadership with HR strategy and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• 5 - 7 years of HR management experience (Oil & Gas preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
• CIPM, SHRM, or related certification is an advantage
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Salary
N350,000 – N450,000 monthly Net.
