Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Industry: Hospitality (American Cuisine Restaurant)

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and team management
• Lead talent acquisition and onboarding processes
• Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Maintain a positive, productive work culture
• Handle disciplinary actions, staff grievances, and conflict resolution
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager in the hospitality or service industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 per month.
