Job summary

• Our client, a reputable real estate firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Managerto join their dynamic team.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of proven experienceas an HR Manager in a real estate company.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training programs.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day HR operations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement.

Salary

?350,000 monthly
