Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Ibese, Ogun State. This role requires a strong grasp of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding
• Maintain employee records, HRIS, and ensure documentation compliance
• Support payroll processing and ensure accurate records of attendance and leave
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts professionally
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes and training schedules
• Monitor HR policies and ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws
• Assist in the implementation of HR strategies aligned with company goals
• Maintain disciplinary procedures and support disciplinary hearings where necessary
• Prepare HR reports for management decision-making
• Support health, safety, and welfare initiatives across the workforce

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or milling industry
• Sound knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR software/HRIS systems
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Membership of a professional HR body (e.g. CIPM) is an added advantage

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 / Month (Net).
