Responsibilities

• Employee Engagement
• Recruitment and Selection
• Coordinating Background Checks and Verification
• Overtime and Holiday Work Computation
• Preparation of HR Hurdle Minutes
• Design, review and issue Job Description
• Interview Set-up
• Probations and Confirmation of Employment (Contract Management)
• Leave Management and Administration (overview)
• Awards & Recognition
• Conducting appraisals/ assessments to identify performance gaps
• Onboarding new employees
• Other duties assigned
• Team Bonding Activities
• Other duties assigned

Qualification and Experience

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND
• Must have 3 to 5 years of experience
• Professional Qualification: CIPM
