We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Supervisor

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities


  • Taking part in interviews, assisting with the recruitment process, recruiting, and vetting of potential new employees.
  • Organizing on boarding inductions for new hires.
  • Collaborating with staff to make clear HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Manage Staff HMO plan, and renewal and ensuring effective collaboration with HMO and resolve staff complaints.
  • Manage staff pension deductions and remittance.
  • Understanding and listening to various department managers to understand their staffing requirements.
  • Oversee and manage staff Canteen, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Processing monthly payment for third party vendors.
  • Maintain and update staff records and Bio- data
  • Process and manage staff paid leave
  • Manage staff attendance Bio- metrics capturing and resolve issues promptly.

Qualification / Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any other related field
  • Demonstrated minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR role through the ranks from junior through to supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership skills with a keen eye for effective delegation
  • Ability to work unsupervised and conduct independent research where required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong moral and ethical conduct keeping in line with HR best practices
  • Competencies in Microsoft Office, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and Union Relation
