We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Information Technology Support Engineer

Job Location: Lagos

About the Job

• This role will provide direct support to Users and ‘hands-on’ technology management in resolving hardware and software-related issues across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-users with daily IT issues, faults and repairs.
• Office technology (e.g. printing, meeting rooms, LAN etc)
• Printer services or issues
• End-user hardware lifecycle (procurement, provision, asset management, disposal)
• Mobile device management
• Mobile and Fixed Voice
• Configure, build and ship IT hardware to replace faulty units or for new starters
• Assist in the tracking of hardware and software assets
• User management (joiners, leavers, movers)
• Desktop operating system lifecycle
• Office 365 and other core apps
• Software provision and licence management
• Responsible for all IT management resolutions
• Handling user support queries (including 1st line support)

Key Requirements

• First Degree in Electronic Engineering / Computer Engineering or related discipline from a reputable academic institution.
• 2+ years of cognate experience in a similar work environment
• Excellent knowledge of Cyber security, web development and IT infrastructure management
• Maintains all data within the international regulation guideline
• ITIL certification will be an additional advantage
• Awareness of current IT trends and best practices
• Effective communication and team working
• High levels of user satisfaction
• Proficiency in key hardware and software used around the business

• Cyber security management.
