Job Position: Internal Auditor

Job Summary


  • The Internal Auditor will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of operational activities across all outlets.
  • This role involves regular auditing of inventory, production tracking, and reconciliation processes.
  • The Internal Auditor will ensure that each outlet complies with company standards and procedures while identifying variances and discrepancies.
  • This position requires high attention to detail, excellent record-keeping skills, and the ability to report accurately to management.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Tracking and Reporting:

  • Input daily production data of goods sent to each outlet to facilitate accurate tracking and monitoring.
  • Track daily distribution and waste of goods to ensure accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies.

Inventory Management and Reconciliation:

  • Oversee and perform routine inventory counts at each outlet, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reconciliation with the warehouse.
  • Monitor inventory issued from the warehouse to various outlets and perform reconciliation processes at each location.
  • Conduct monthly stock counts to maintain an accurate record of inventory levels.

Variance and Discrepancy Reporting:

  • Regularly review track sheets for accuracy and identify variances between recorded and actual inventory levels.
  • Report any discrepancies or irregularities in records at each outlet and recommend corrective actions.

Operational Oversight and Compliance Monitoring:

  • Oversee daily operational activities of team members at the outlets, ensuring adherence to company policies and processes.
  • Review documentation of transactions at each outlet for adequacy, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in auditing, inventory management, or compliance roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data entry, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication skills for reporting and coordinating with management and outlet teams.
