We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Internal Control and Compliance Officer
Job Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Conduct regular verification of complaints with specified production processes and control
• Conduct continuous verification of compliance with specified inventory with inventory process and controls
• Regular production and inventory process checks and stock count
• Regular revenue accounts and transaction reviews and verification
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management
• Continuous checks on tax and regulatory compliance
• Contribute to process, policies, and procedures improvement and development
• Monitor and report on raw material processes and control
• Procurements and account payable checks and audit
• Continuous monitoring of compliance with policies and procedures
• Conduct internal audit fieldwork and execution as assigned
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of raw material management
• Prepare regular reports on internal audit and internal control
• Travel regularly to other regional offices for audit engagement
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting or related courses
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in internal audit, control, and compliance in a manufacturing company
• Proficient in Excel, word and powerpoint
• Minimum of 2 years of Practical experience working with ERP and accounting software such as Odoo, Tally, Sage, Netsuite,SAP etc.
• ACA/ACCA/CIA added advantage, not compulsory
• Willingness to travel to other states within Nigeria required
