Job Position: Internal Control Contractor

This position reports to: The Internal Control Lead
Position Description
- mPharma is looking for a dynamic individual with exceptionally high work standards to join our Finance team as an Internal Control Contractor.
- He/She will serve as the primary eye for the supervision of the warehouse processes to join the Internal Control network in support of mPharma’s mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities.
- This role will focus on implementation and adherence to company policies with respect to warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify supplies at the point of inbound at the warehouse.
- Conduct periodic spot checks with the warehouse staff as stated by the IC Lead.
- Coordinate and supervise warehouse operation controls to identify and close gaps
- Report any breakdown of the warehouse process (Inbound-warehousing-outbound-delivery) to IC Lead.
- Participate in inventory stock count cycles at the warehouse and holding warehouse(facilities) as assigned by the IC Lead.
- Perform other control activities as it relates to warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration and Economics or any relevant field.
- 1+ years of professional experience in a healthcare organisation (including internships).
Our Ideal Candidate:
- A strong work ethic and a proactive “can do” attitude that requires minimal supervision.
- Experience in warehouse operations and compliance roles either working with multinational pharmaceutical companies, clinician settings, or other healthcare services
- Ability to provide error free reports and basic analysis.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with excellent writing, verbal, analytical, and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills to relate with people and develop business relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
