Job Position: Internal Control Officer
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Internal Control Officer to oversee and strengthen the internal control processes within our production and retail operations.
• The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and enhance operational efficiency in our architectural and interior design firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures for production and retail outlets.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial and operational standards.
• Identify and address risks in production processes and retail transactions.
• Monitor inventory controls, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and material usage.
• Collaborate with management to improve internal processes and safeguard company assets.
• Prepare detailed reports on control findings and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in internal control, preferably in production and retail environments.
• Strong understanding of risk management and process improvement.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in audit tools and software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, etc.).
• High integrity and attention to detail.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
