Job Position: Inventory Accountant
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Calculates and maintains standard costs for inventory and stock in warehouse
• Analyze bill of quantities, follow up with purchase, receipts and invoices
• Work with warehouse to ensure an accurate inventory control measure.
• Accurately entering and maintaining financial data in accounting software
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and balance sheets.
• Reconciling bank accounts ledgers and other financial accounts.
• Ensuring adherence to audits, accounting principles and regulations.
• Monitors and records all inventory transactions and rectifies discrepancies.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail or FMCG industry.
• A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as Excel, QuickBooks,
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
• Must reside within the Island.

Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
