Job Position: Inventory and Warehouse Lead (Healthcare)

Job Summary

• The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing and controlling the procurement, storage, distribution, and tracking of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and consumables.
• The role ensures optimal stock levels, compliance with healthcare regulations, reduction of wastage, and uninterrupted availability of critical healthcare items.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory operations for medical supplies, drugs, equipment, and consumables.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, and expiries.
• Implement inventory control systems and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Track expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Coordinate procurement activities with vendors and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, regulatory guidelines, and safety policies.
• Oversee storage conditions for pharmaceuticals and medical items (temperature, handling, labeling).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management within a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical inventory systems and healthcare supply chain processes.
• Experience using inventory management software (ERP systems preferred).
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for healthcare inventory management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N450,000 / Month.
