Job Position: Inventory Manager

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring performance and initiating action to strengthen results.
• Ensuring all facilities are in condition at all times
• Coordinating subordinates’ staff
• Overseeing daily business operations
• Tracking and reporting scorecard results to senior management
• Analyzing accounting and financial data.
• Ensuring all facilities are in order at all times.
• Conducting timely performance evaluations.
• Supporting problem resolution and decision making.
• Coaching and developing existing employees.
• Training new employees.
• Dealing with performance problems and termination.
• Planning and goal setting for future periods.
• Enforcing quality standards set by the company i.e ensuring customer satisfaction or evaluating products' quality.
• Understanding each employee's strengths and weaknesses and delegating tasks as needed.
• Estimating and creating budgets and tracking spending.
• Understanding the goals of the company's decision-makers and translating them to team members.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification.
• 3 years of work experience.
• High experience in humanitarian role preferably in entertainment & hospitality.
• Good knowledge of different business functions.
• Strong leadership qualities and highly organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Must be organized and punctual
• Prior experience in a managerial role.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.

Salary
N120,000 monthly
