We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Inventory Officer / Data Entry Officer
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description
- The Data Entry Officer is responsible for accurately inputting various types of data into the company's systems, maintaining databases, identifying, and resolving data discrepancies, as well as generating reports on the data inputted. Additionally, you may work on tasks such as organizing and cataloging physical documents.
- You will need to have excellent attention to detail, good organizational skills, and be familiar with database management software.
Responsibilities
- Getting a comprehensive out of stock list from all pharmacies as at when due.
- Preparing purchase orders, getting approvals, sending the orders to the suppliers, follow up with suppliers to ensure that the orders are delivered or picked up promptly.
- Collection of invoice, raising purchase orders, distributing orders.
- Ensuring that all purchase SOP are duly followed.
- Manage increasing procurement demands of inventory/supplies for manufacturing activities base on a Quick book/ ERP system. Inspect in stock supplied and reporting any faulty / short, dated items or inconsistencies immediately to the supplier.
- Verifying receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered.
- Inspecting all stock supplied and reporting any faulty / short dated items or inconsistencies immediately to your supervisor and the supplier. All drugs, cosmetics and supermarket items must have a minimum of 1 year expiration, while biscuits must have a minimum of 6months expiration.
- Ensuring all stock received are accurately entered into the system, transferred to the appropriate branch, packaged, labelled appropriately, and delivered to the correct branch in a timely manner.
- Any goods to be returned with the approval for return should be done within 48hours of purchase.
- Maintains accurate records of purchases and pricing.
- Liaise with the account department to ensure balancing of all invoices.
- Maintains good relationship with suppliers.
- Daily reports of orders made, supplies received, transfers to the pharmacies done and any other information to the supervisor/Purchase Manager.
- Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor or Management.
- Adhering to rules and policies set by the organization.
Key Performance Indicator
These would be appraised every 3 months.

- Product and Supplier knowledge - knowledge of the different products including pack size, strength, brands, dosage forms etc. as well as their respective supplier.
- Process knowledge – knowledge and application of all laid out processes.
Relationship:
- Staff relationship- relationship with co-workers and managerial staff
- Supplier relationship - measures reviews i.e., positive reviews, no reviews, or negative reviews (complaints) from suppliers.
- Customer relationship - measures reviews i.e., positive reviews, no reviews, or negative reviews (complaints) from clients.
Stock availability:
- Are the stock levels adequate, in excess or insufficient?
- How long does it take to restock and distribute products to the centers?
Level of efficiency and effectiveness on the job:
- Measures the accuracy in record keeping, data entry and following through with all laid out processes.
- Measures the efficiency in meeting with the deadlines in the delivery of products to clients and our fertility centers.
Requirements
- Minimum OND / HND Holder
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in similar role
- Excellent customer base and service.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work at Moderate Speed.
- Experience in a similar industry.
Skills:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 25kg at times.
Salary
N120,000 - N180,000 Monthly.
