We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Inventory Officer

Job Location: Apapa, Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Purpose of the Job

• Deliver Inventory management and control services required to maintain the highest standard of inventory accuracy and efficiencies. Coordinate all planning data to facilitates the supply of spares in the right quality and quantity.

The Job

• Implement replenishment planning for local, overseas, and production plans to reflect actual consumption, thus facilitating stock replenishment.
• Manage physical and book balance of all engineering spares and production items through effective monthly series cycle counting.
• Prepare inventory journals (Transfers, Movement and Inventory adjustment journal) for posting.
• Update items master Details
• Identify and block non-moving Inventories.

Qualifications

• BSc/HND in engineering/science.
• 2 years of cognate experience.
• CIPS will be an added advantage.

The Person must:

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and time management skills.
• Have basic knowledge of accounting.
• Possess excellent inventory management skills
• Be able to pay great attention to details and be analytical.
