We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Inventory Officer

Job Locations: Victoria Island, Lekki, Ikate - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments or stock movements.
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies or stock variances.
• Track inbound and outbound stock movements, including receiving, storing, and issuing of materials.
• Prepare and submit inventory reports to management on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to align inventory with operational needs.
• Ensure storage and labeling standards are followed for easy identification and retrieval.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of inventory control policies and procedures.
• Monitor expiry dates and shelf life of perishable goods (if applicable).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistic.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho Inventory).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
