We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Inventory Officer
Job Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Compliance with the company SOP.
• Comply with FIFO inventory management System.
• Develop an EOQ matrix. (i.e no stock-out, no over-stocking and no irrelevant stock)
• Safe-keeping of stock (i.e against theft, rodent, and other associated risks).
• Design strategies to minimize the cost or time required to transfer goods.
• Ensures that Material output and Finished Goods input correlate.
• Prepares and update a material usage analysis on daily basis.
• Mitigate inventory wastes and inventory deterioration. (i.e avoid B&D at all levels).
• Work to understand production needs and how to meet them. (Support Services).
• Direct/co-ordinates the allocation of raw material, supplies, and finished goods.
• Booking of RM and FG transfers on ERP.
• Raise material requisition using the ERP.
• Raise GRN for every good (purchases/transfers inward) received and all return-inwards, sign and stamps by you and security; and forward to Finance unit daily.
• Ensures that Physical stock of every Inventory equals to the balance on ERP.
• Escalates store-keeping of every stock item beyond the shef-life.
• Enhances best practices for Storage/warehousing, stock counting and recording, inventory reconciliation and management.
• Physical inventory counts at least twice in a month; verse knowledgeable about inventory items to be counted, the counting procedure to be used, and location of all inventories.
• Raise Raw Material requisition form for every material issue for production to be signed by you, Security and the user manager; and forward to finance on daily basis.
• For every sales loading, ensure that you receive sales order from Finance; generated from ERP duly signed by Finance personnel. Also, raise loading form for same signed and stamp by you and Security.
• Proper co-ordination of your subordinates.
• Other duties as may be deemed necessary/required.

Requirement

• Candidate should have manifacturing inventory experience of 4 years.

Remuneration
N120,000 Monthly.
