Job Description

• As an Inventory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's inventory operations.
• This role will involve ensuring accurate inventory records, efficient stock management, and timely stock issuance.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Implement systems and procedures to optimize inventory management.
• Oversee the receiving of incoming stock, verifying quantity and quality.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate inventory records, including stock cards, purchase orders, and receiving reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of inventory.
• Resolve any supplierrelated issues.
• Implement corrective actions to address any issues.
• Reconcile inventory records with physical stock to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
• Implement procedures to control stock issuance and prevent unauthorized use.
• Monitor stock usage and identify any unusual patterns.

Qualifications

• BSC or HND in a relevant field from a reputable institution.
• Experience in inventory management.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
