Job Position: Investment Advisor

Job Location: Amac, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities and assess client needs.
• Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients, guiding them through required professionalism.
• Present investment recommendations based on thorough market insights and data-driven analysis.
• Business development & client acquisition to expand the firm’s investment portfolio and increase client base.
• Transaction Management & Deal Structuring.
• Offer and collect signed sales agreements from clients, ensuring a smooth client management process.
• ?Actualizing strategic growth & innovation, utilize technology and digital tools to enhance investment advisory services and client experience.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Communications or any related field.
• Proven expertise in real estate and real property markets. 
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Knowledge of investment strategies.
• Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Must have a futuristic and excellent mindset.

Skills / Key Competence:

• Results-driven Investment Advisor with a passion for sales and client engagement (Client Relationship Management).
• Proactive, goal-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales & Negotiation skills, effective problem-solving and keen attention to detail, among others.
