We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Invoicing Officer

Job Location: Edo
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description


  • Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify sales data to ensure completeness and correctness before invoicing.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from customers and other internal departments regarding invoices.
  • Reconcile invoices with accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor and follow-up on outstanding invoices to facilitate timely payments.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to invoicing.

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • A relevant First Degree (B.Sc / HND) in Computer Science, Statistics or any related discipline with a minimum of second-class lower division/lower credit.
  • Minimum of at least three (3) years of post qualification experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of billing procedures and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized and adept at handling financial transactions.
  • Not more than 35 years of age.
  • Strong understanding of invoicing principles and practices.
  • Effective communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team also within a team. Applicant must be resident in Benin City.
