Job Position: IT  & Network Support Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary 

• We are seeking a proactive IT professional to manage and optimize our network, telephony, and IT infrastructure.
• You will ensure smooth operations of our LAN, wireless systems, routers, switches, and telephone gateways, while providing technical support and troubleshooting for our team.

Key Responsibilities 

• Configure, manage, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, LAN/WAN, wireless) and telephone gateways.
• Provide PC troubleshooting, software support, and hardware maintenance.
• Ensure optimal network performance and IT security practices.
• Assist management with ad hoc IT tasks and office technology needs.

What  we're Looking For

• A bachelor’s degreeisrequired In computer or any other related programs.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• NYSC Certificate or Exemption letter is required.
• Hands-on experience with network infrastructure, telephone systems, and IT support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
