Role Overview

• We are seeking a Contract Remote JavaFX Developer to collaborate with our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in JavaFX development, demonstrated through past projects or practical application.
• As a JavaFX Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of JavaFX-based user interfaces for desktop applications.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other developers on JavaFX application development.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable JavaFX code with a focus on UI development.
• Troubleshoot and debug JavaFX applications to ensure functionality and performance.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience.
• Stay up to date on UI design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java programming language and JavaFX library.
• Demonstrated experience in JavaFX development, with a strong emphasis on UI design and development, showcased through past projects or portfolio.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with writing unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
