1.) Head - Corporate Communication & Branding

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans aligned with the company's overall objectives.Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine communication strategie.
• Develop and execute internal communication strategies to engage and inform employees. Facilitate communication channels that promote transparency and collaboration within the organization
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, investors, and regulatory bodies. Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and community engagements.Develop new strategic partnership with relevant stakeholders.
• Lead the development, implementation, and management of the company's brand strategy.Oversee the creation of brand assets, including logos, taglines, and visual elements.Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and journalists.Proactively pitch and secure media coverage for key company initiatives.Manage responses to media inquiries and crisis communication effectively.
• Oversee the creation of engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including press releases, website content, and social media.Ensure that all content aligns with the company's brand and messaging.
• Manage the budget allocated for communication and branding initiatives.Provide regular reports on budget utilization and return on investment.

2.) Head of Corporate Communications and Marketing

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos

Responsibilities
As the Head of Corporate Marketing, your role involves leading the corporate marketing team to create and implement strategic marketing plans. This includes;

• Building brand visibility, generating leads, and executing impactful marketing campaigns to drive business expansion and strengthen our market presence.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
• Lead the Corporate marketing team in executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
• Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Guide and mentor a team of corporate marketing officers, providing direction, assistance, and feedback to enhance performance and attain departmental targets.
• Cultivate a cooperative and inventive work atmosphere that fosters creativity, teamwork, and professional growth.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations and promotional material. 6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Develop and manage the corporate marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
