Job Overview

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Developer for our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and maintainable applications that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with other developers to ensure code consistency and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure software quality and functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into development processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Application Developer or similar role.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python).
• Experience with mobile application development is a plus.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

2.) Azure DevOps Engineer

Job Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Experienced Azure DevOps Engineer for a fully remote team. In this role, you will implement CI/CD pipelines, architect scalable infrastructure, and automate deployments for Firefly's SaaS platform running on Azure.
• You will collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams at Firefly to optimize and streamline their end-to-end deployment processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Azure (VMs, networking, storage, SQL Server)

• Strong hands-on expertise building CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, containers
