  • The successful candidate will manage various administrative functions, ensuring seamless operations and effective coordination of services.

Key Responsibilities


  • Vendor Management:Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Drivers Management:Supervise official drivers and coordinate their schedules efficiently.
  • Meal Coordination:Organize meal arrangements for staff and official meetings.
  • Travel Arrangements:Handle travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Expatriate Visa Processing:Oversee expatriate visa and CERPAC processing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory Management:Maintain records of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Administrative Documentation:Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports and records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative or general affairs roles.

  • Knowledge of inventory management and visa processing is compulsory.

  • This role focuses on maintaining positive client relationships, supporting the bidding process, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Follow up with clients post-bid submission, ensuring feedback is gathered promptly.
  • Documentation & Filing: Maintain an organized storage system for proposals and business documents.
  • Bidding Process Support: Assist in preparing, compiling, and submitting proposals accurately and timely.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and address their concerns professionally.
  • Administrative Assistance: Offer support to the business development team, enhancing efficiency.

Requirements
