We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Finance Corper
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: NYSC
Job Summary
- The NYSC Finance Intern will provide support to the finance department in managing day-to-day financial activities.
- This role offers hands-on experience in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting, contributing to the company’s financial operations.
- The intern will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
- Support the finance team in handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and financial reports.
- Support the preparation of tax returns, audits, and other compliance activities.
- Participate in the review of financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Conduct data entry for financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Assist with financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and internal controls.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the finance team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

2.) Quality Assurance Officer
Job Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Quality Assurance Officer will oversee the entire production process to ensure that all peanuts produced meet the company’s quality standards, industry regulations, and customer expectations.
- The officer will monitor production activities, perform regular audits, and ensure compliance with food safety protocols, maintaining a high level of product consistency and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all stages of peanut processing (from raw material sourcing to final product packaging) comply with internal and external quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production areas, equipment, and processes to identify and address any quality or safety concerns.
- Investigate and resolve quality complaints from customers, recommending corrective actions and improvements.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure that quality controls are integrated into the manufacturing processes.
- Train and educate staff on quality assurance standards, safety procedures, and best practices.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and documentation in accordance with food safety and industry standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
- Monitor product testing procedures, including sampling and laboratory testing, to ensure consistent product quality and safety.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to maintain compliance and improve quality processes.
- Prepare reports on quality performance, audit findings, and corrective actions taken.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in food production or agriculture-related industries.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques, including laboratory testing and inspection methods.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in the food processing industry, especially peanuts or nuts, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and certifications.

3.) Production Manager
Job Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos

- We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods.
- You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.

- The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.
Requirements and skills
- B.Sc / BA Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred.
- 2 - 4 years of experience as production director
- Deep knowledge of production management
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Outstanding communication ability
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgetingconcepts
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
