We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Diversity Programs / Communications Officer
Job Location: Lagos

About the Role
- Promote Diversity and Inclusion in the work environment at least 4 programs per year.
- Interact and promote good relations and practices with the workforce to improve engagement and workplace well being
- Organize and communicate events and projects in line with required agreements and PTM guidelines
- Organize Diversity workshops and campaigns and ensure active participation
- Prepare newsletters and promotional material in line with the communication and engagement strategy of COMPANY, PTM division and the Diversity and Inclusion department
- Utilize appropriate and available communication channels to ensure key messages reach the appropriate target audiences at agreed intervals and in line with key divisional objectives
- Communicate and raise awareness in all the areas of Diversity and Inclusion.
- Assist with reviews of studies and surveys, publish results as it concerns Diversity and PTM on the PTM Web portal and COMPANY WAT portal
- Ensure contents on the PTM web portal is accurate and up to date by regularly reviewing the web pages and working with the Workplace wellbeing and governance Lead to coordinate and update when necessary
- Attend events organized by other IOCs, Downstream etc to share experiences and improve areas of Diversity & Inclusion
- Maintain archive of records/information published
- Adherence to the Group’s cost reduction and management philosophy without a negative impact on quality and relevance
- Generates data and analysis on associated costs from the diversity campaigns and proposes improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Graduate in the Arts or Humanities or Social Sciences with 3 - 6 years of post qualification experience, preferably in Human resources or External Relations. Oil and Gas industry experience an added advantage.
- Good problem solving, innovative, communication, presentation and analytical skills and, proficiency in MS tools is required
- Relationship and team building skills essential to working relationships with staff of diverse ethnic and international background.

2.) Lead, ICSS Engineer
Job Location: Lagos

About the Role
- Responsible for the Technical content of the Maintenance Methods in the field of ICSS, SII networks and Package systems, (but could include Metering and Instrumentation, if acting during the absence of Head of Instrumentation and ICSS), including the responsibility for maintenance plans, spare parts coverage, working techniques, and the procedures, in accordance with the Maintenance Policy.
- Revise the maintenance plans prepared by the various Contractors, preparation and validation of fiscal metering calibration and periodic validation according to government regulations and ensure their proper implementation.
- Coordinate with the Methods Department the consolidation of the Maintenance Plans.
- Ensure suitable spare-parts availability/coverage through adequate stock management parameters; initiate the necessary improvements in accordance with the reliability and availability objectives.
- Perform the duties of Technical Administrator for the ICSS Spare Parts under delegation from Hierarchy
- Develop and control proper implementation/use of the techniques and tools required for an efficient maintenance, including both technical (condition monitoring, working tools, etc.) and administrative/reporting aspects (Work reports, data trending, spare parts consumption, etc.).
- Responsible to control and ensure the data captured in UNISUP are accurate; perform their analysis and propose optimization plans.
- Ensure proper management of the equipment support means including documentations, tooling, software, etc.
- Provide, monitor and follow-up technical expertise in view of timely and efficiently address the failures and losses of performance of equipment.
- Analyze the equipment performances, perform technical studies, provide technical support on any technical queries, make proposals for improvement and optimization.
- Perform modification studies as required. Coordinate planning & implementation of minor and major upgrades
- Supervise the implementation of approved SMR and ensure logical conclusions of all modifications related to ICSS
- Ensure professionalism and competence of selected contractors, initiate, or participate to audits for that purpose
- Contribute to the technical administration of Contracts (MTMC, ICSS SMC, other ad-hoc services etc.), control performance, and follow-up call-offs as required.
- Ensure that all systems and control systems licenses and databases are constantly updated.
- Initiate regular audits of by third party specialists and prepares maintenance interventions requiring third parties.
- Ensure the operations under own authority are prepared and performed in accordance with Company rules, procedures, and specifications, and in full compliance with the HSE standards
- Responsible for the mobilization, the coordination, the logistic arrangements, of the external resources (vendors, contractors, means, etc.) required for the operations in own field of competence. Includes initiation of call off, or service order, definition of scope of work, work performance follow-up, control/acceptance of deliverables, and any other duty until satisfactory completion of the required service.
- Develop and update ICSS maintenance procedures in conjunction with concerned departments; well performance, site, laboratory, and treatment.
- Monitor, follow up and verify the performance of all model systems.
- Specify, verify and update required OTS parameters and upgrades as required.
- Issue FITA (Failure Investigations and Technical Analysis) reports and REX+ Return of experience related to equipment within the Field of Competence
- Validate and ensure data accuracy and consistency for all process control and safety systems.
Requirements
- Engineer University Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years experience as Instrumentation & Control Engineer including 4 in the Petrochemical industry
- Minimum of 2 years in supervisory operational position.
- Good Knowledge in Various Instruments and Controls technologies used in oil & Gas Installations, Fiscal Oil & Gas Metering Regulations etc.

3.) Air Advisor
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
About the Role
- Present executive safety results.
- Issue safety alerts in case of major deviations observed.
- Ensure conformity with Group and legislative safety directives and rules pertaining to company aviation operations.
- Actively participate in company safety awareness and initiative schemes.
- Carry out incident/occurrence reports and analysis, keep track of aviation incidents in Synergi.
- Perform regular audits and define action plans, as well as issue quality assurance reports.
- Perform regular HSE/SQM meetings with contractors.
- Demonstrate personal commitment to the HSE policy and application of TOTAL referential.
- Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and company HSE standards.
- Fulfill the role of specialist for aviation operations, providing advice and expertise for specifications of air support and technical inspections of aircraft (fixed and rotary wings).
- Liaise with helicopter operating managers to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Participate in aviation strategy development.
- Maintain accurate and satisfactory accounting, audit, and administration trail. Monitor the achievement of agreed objectives and corrective actions defined in the contractor audit plan.
- Maintain ownership of company aviation procedures and ensure regular updates and improvements of the same. Also, make inputs to Group procedures where and when necessary.
- Ensure maintenance of records and statistics in order to facilitate accurate reporting and KPIs. These records are used for cost allocation and invoice checking.
- Provide progress reports to the company on NCAA-investigated safety incidents, insisting on thorough reporting.
- Positively represent the company on external aviation forums.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as an airline captain/pilot or maintenance engineering or operations or airworthiness manager in civil aviation.
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience in an offshore helicopter company.
- Hold an international aviation auditor certificate or have graduated from an air safety academy.
- Possess a good knowledge of all developments in Nigerian aviation legislation, technical innovations, market developments, and performance levels. Keep line management advised and monitor the same.
- Profile: Team-building awareness, multicultural awareness, environmental awareness, organization/anticipation skills, good command of the English language, and computer literacy.
