We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Junior Site Surveyor

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary


  • The Site Surveyor is responsible for aiding in the accurate measurement and alignment of structures on construction sites. The primary objective of this position is to ensure that all structural components are aligned in accordance with design specifications.
  • The Junior Site Surveyor will collaborate closely with the construction teams to uphold precision and adherence to project plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting site surveys to measure and mark the positioning of structural elements.
  • Utilizing surveying instruments such as total stations, theodolites, and GPS equipment to ensure precise alignment.
  • Collect, record, and analyze survey data to verify alignment and positioning.
  • Collaborating with construction teams to communicate and rectify any alignment issues.
  • Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy, reporting any discrepancies or potential issues to the Senior Surveyor or Project Manager.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • OND or HND in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in surveying or a related field.

2.) Construction Storekeeper

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Storekeeper Job Description

  • The Storekeeper oversees the logistics of material and supply storage and distribution at the construction site.
  • This encompasses tasks such as receiving incoming deliveries, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring the appropriate storage and easy accessibility of materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming deliveries of materials and supplies.
  • Supervise inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock of materials.
  • Maintain precise records of inventory transactions.
  • Dispense materials to construction teams as required.
  • Perform routine inventory audits and notify the Site Manager of any discrepancies.
    Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • OND / HND in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

3.) Construction Cleaner

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Cleaner is tasked with upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards at the construction site.
  • This entails cleaning office spaces, restrooms, and communal areas, as well as overseeing waste management and maintaining an orderly environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Properly dispose of waste materials in compliance with site policies.
  • Ensure that cleaning supplies are sufficiently stocked and request replenishments as necessary.
  • Execute routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Notify the Site Manager of any maintenance or repair requirements.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations during cleaning operations.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Adherence to health and safety regulations.
