We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Compliance Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure the company complies with all industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes and advise the organization accordingly.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
Audit Management:
- Plan, executed, and oversaw internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Prepare and present audit reports, identifying areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions.
Risk Assessment:
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Training and Awareness:
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance requirements and ethical conduct.
- Promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and audit findings.
Investigations:
- Conduct investigations into compliance breaches and recommend disciplinary actions as needed.
- Work with legal and human resources departments to resolve compliance issues.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a liaison with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
Documentation:
- Maintain and update compliance documentation and records.
- Ensure all compliance-related documents are properly filed and accessible.
Continuous Improvement:
- Review and improve compliance processes and controls on an ongoing basis.
- Implement best practices in compliance management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc) in Accounting and Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a compliance officer with strong background in auditing.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to follow directions.
- Proficient computer skills.

2.) Executive Assistant
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Manage the day-to-day office tasks of the Managing Director
- Maintain accurate calendars with an understanding of prioritizing important deliverables
- Managing and organising calendars
- Making travel arrangements Answering phones, screening calls and directing to the appropriate person or department
- Taking notes at meetings
- Sending out mail and answering email requests promptly
- Sorting incoming mail into categories (e.g., action required, no action required)
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Manage diaries by scheduling, prioritising and managing appointments, travel
- arrangements and papers for meetings
- Managing correspondence, track incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure replies are produced within the required timeframe.
- Creating presentations
- Compiling market research information (e.g., gathering industry information)
- Organising events like workshops or conferences.
- Act as the first point of contact for both Executive Directors and Directors and, maintain the effective working of their offices in their absence.
- Read and prioritise incoming correspondence and prepare draft responses as appropriate.
- Ensure that cyclical and management deadlines for reports, reviews, budgets are met.
- Establish and maintain systems and procedures to support the efficient running of the office
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate must have minimum of Five years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in construction or manufacturing company.
- Must be proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, CRM), email management, and scheduling tools.
- Must have a professional certification, such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Certified Executive Assistant (CEA).
- Must possess strong communication skills both (Verbal & Written).
- Must be accurate and pay close attention to details.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.

3.) Project Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Position Summary
- The Project Manager will oversee and manage various waterproofing and construction projects from inception to completion.
- This role requires ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
- The Project Manager will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, make adjustments as necessary, and ensure timely completion.
- Planning, coordinating and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout.
- Establishing project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with client requirements. Developing and managing project schedules, budgets and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Conducting regular site inspections to assess project progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with project team members and stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns and foster strong working relationships.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaising with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to monitor construction progress, resolve issues and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Managing procurement processes, including bid evaluations, contract negotiations and vendor selection.
- Oversee project budgeting and cost control and manage change orders to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Lead and manage project teams, including internal staff and subcontractor
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Sound knowledge of waterproofing systems, techniques, and products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), COREN, H.S E Certification or equivalent are preferred
Experience:
- The Ideal candidate must have a minimum of Five (5) years of experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on waterproofing projects.
Salary Range
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
