1.) Quality, Independence, Risk & Reputation Assistant Manager

Job Description
- Update independence declaration forms for joiners and leavers.
- Track and monitor business relationships logged and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Track and monitor completion of QIRR e-learnings such as independence, ethics, information security, integrity imperative, etc.
- Support in the development of quality independent presentations as and when necessary.
- Support other QIRR/OGC activities related to planning, monitoring, roll out, execution, and reporting of engagement acceptance testing process.
- Support in monitoring engagement acceptance processes and assist users with the system's functionality.
- Support QIRR in engagement acceptance procedures (risk management committee’s approval; background/internet checks/anti-money).
- Review draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, professional regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
- Perform directorships searches of contractors and firm staff and follow up on exceptions.
- Support the Chief Risk Officer (CRO).
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree (B.A., B.Eng./B. Tech., etc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any relevant discipline with a minimum of Second Class Lower/Lower Credit division.
- Possess 5 - 7 years of work experience.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of Audit experience.
- Have a minimum of credit in five WASSCE/GCE/NECO Ordinary Level subjects or acceptable equivalent examination, including Mathematics and English Language in one sitting only.
- Have a fair understanding of Risk Management and Regulatory requirements for different industries will also be valuable.
- Be of proven integrity, giving attention to confidentiality requirements
- Possess excellent writing and oral communication/presentation skills
- Be willing to learn new skills in the broad activities that Risk and Independence now cover.
- Must be analytical and possess effective decision-making skills.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads and pay attention to details.
- Be a good team player, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in the use of MS-office tools i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

2.) Project Services Accountant
Job Location: Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue, Eti-Osa - Lagos

Summary of Role Responsibilities
- We are looking for an exceptional Project Services Accountant to join our Finance Team.
- Effectively delivers engagement management or Project Services (PS) support to the business (as per dedicated Service Line) for a portfolio of engagements that are medium in size and or complexity.
- Executing on PS tasks within the business to aid compliance with standardized PS processes and controls. Responsible for ensuring that revenue and WIP is valid, accurate and complete.
- Has solid understanding of PS accounting to effectively troubleshoot and prevent revenue, WIP and other project services issues.
Responsibilities
General Project Services accounting and tasks:
- Perform a basic first-level revenue and WIP analysis and provide feedback to the Service Line Business Partners on the results.
- Support Project Services close over month-end including General PS assistance to business and query resolution.
- Provide relevant information to enable engagement management (project profitability, timesheets, expenses, copies of invoices and statements).
- Manage replacement of Project Owners (Manager, Billing Partner, Proxy, project leaders or AR Party).
Budgets / Profitability:
- Effective use of time, equipment and resources.
WIP and Revenue:
- Prepare WIP reconciliations upon request.
- Facilitate Interfirm accrual confirmations and accurate recording for project related costs.
- Compiling WIP, revenue and debtors information for business.
- Provide an estimate revenue position to budget/ forecast.
- Prepare customised and specific reports for engagements.
- Prepare journals to be processed for the correction of WIP / POA allocations.
Opening of Project Codes:
- Timely and accurate opening of project codes (Code creation and set-up).
- Provide support to the Project Director/ Project Manager during the QRM process where needed.
- Enforce compliance of governance requirements in the way that codes are opened.
- Oversee the code opening integration of Phoenix to SAP S/4HANA, and loads any additional information required by SAP.
Billing:
- Submit zero rated/ exempt VAT invoices to the Regional Tax Hub for tax compliance checks.
- Load the invoices on client portals and/or submit invoice to the client.
- Manage the credit note process and creates Cr-notes.
Project Services Training:
- Support the Senior Project Service Accountant /Finance BP in training new joiners and experienced staff as and when required.
Project Expenses:
- Direct business on how to create PO for project related expenses.
- Monitor project expenses for billable vs non-billable and ensure these are accounted for correctly to ensure accurate revenue.
Code Closure:
- Ensure timely project code closure.
- Ensure profit/loss impact of projects after project completion are reviewed and recognised correctly.
- Support the process to close codes where there has been no activity for an extended period.
Action Day shape exception reporting:
- Identify and escalate write back errors and unlinked code.
Other:
- Assist the Senior Project Service Accountant to action Project Services related exception reports (missing time, invoices not posted, unapproved overtime, projects past end date, revenue received errors).
- Conduct Project Services quarterly regression testing.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting or Finance related discipline with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Division or Lower Credit.
- Minimum of 4 years of post qualification experience
- Master’s degree/MBA will be an advantage.
- Have a minimum of five credits in WASSCE Ordinary Level/NECO subjects or acceptable equivalent examination, including Mathematics and English Language in one sitting only.
- Professional Qualification (ICAN/ACCA) will be an added advantage.

3.) HR Shared Services Specialist

Responsibilities
Employee Records Management & HRIS:
- Prepare, compile and review HRIS reports – employee movement reports, SAP, Talent Metrics, employee turnover, and other data analytics reports
- Perform annual review of budgeted employee cost versus actual employee costs and compare with employee headcount.
- Use relevant data from Human Manager, SAP, etc. to develop analytical reports for management’s decision making. mid analysis and other relevant reports.
- Preparation of monthly reports.
- Share entry and exit reports with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the entire staff exit process.
HR Transactions & Administrative Services:
- Supervise all employees’ external financial relations - bank loan requests, relations with staff cooperative, pensions, personal insurance plans, etc.
- Review HR letters for accuracy of remuneration and other necessary details.
- Attend to all employment and other related reference requests for both current and exited employees.
Admin Support Services:
- Effectively manage HR Helpdesk to ensure all enquiries are promptly attended to and completed within agreed timelines.
- Raise requisition for HR stationeries in a timely manner.
- Creation/Update of employee profile on SAP and off-boarding of exiting staff.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division or Lower Credit.
- 2-5 years of working experience within the relevant HR function.
- Have a minimum of five credits in WASSCE Ordinary Level/NECO subjects or acceptable equivalent examination, including Mathematics and English Language in one sitting only.
- Professional membership with CIPM, CIPD or other relevant HR professional bodies will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
