1.) Trade Marketing Manager

Job Summary
- Marketing Execution Lead - supports the sales team in ensuring all trade marketing activities/campaign are executed, hereby resulting in positive growth impact on volume target.
- Engaging customers to give information or advice about the company's products or services
Responsibilities
- Maintain look of Success in outlets• Execution of operationalized brand initiatives for the channel
- Design and execution of FC & IC customer’s tailor-made activation plans• Managing tailor-made customer projects for consumer impact.
- Step change standard of execution/activation of marketing campaigns/activities, shopper promotions, PICOS across Key Account & General Trade FC/IC channels.
- Ensure the successful and timely implementation of all Trade Marketing end-to-end activities in respective channels (promotions, branding, product launches, sampling, festivals, incentive programs, etc.) with the help of the Sales & Merchandising team, external agencies and suppliers.
- Ensure the prompt execution of marketing-related deliverables.
- Develop, supervise and improve procedures to link entire marketing activities with sales team activities.
- Draft post-activity summary reports evaluating the activity and concluding 'best practises' as well as learnings and improvement.
- Conduct regular trade visits across all channels to monitor implementation standards and ensure all items in the market are displayed properly, planograms are applied and must Stock-List is followed as instructed.
- Ensure regional adaptation of trade and system marketing activities, programs and campaigns.
- Ensure budgetary control and support optimal DME spend versus ROI, as well as measure activity performance against plan in assigned region.
- Participate in JBPs & develop marketing activation calendars for customers.
- Coordinate with sales team on the implementation of the regional TM activities B2S and keep internal stakeholders aligned on activity calendar to ensure smooth implementation.
- Work closely with sales managers and customers to create targeted programs.
- Initiate customer engagement to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Any other related activities assigned by your line manager.
Requirements
- At 3 years of experience in Trade marketing or frontline
- Customer Focus.
- Good knowledge of industry and competition.
- Good knowledge of beverage products and brands, trade marketing (shopper, customer, channel) skills
- Strong understanding of in-store performance drivers
- Strong knowledge of merchandising and POP materials specification
- Timely initiation of materials.

- On time execution as per SLA and quality of activation.
- Timely update and report of activation projects.

2.) Quality Control, Safety and Environment Manager

- The Quality, Safety, and Environment Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems within the production facility.
- The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with government regulations, manage daily production scheduling, supervise team activities, and ensures optimal utilization of raw and packing materials.
Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will perform the following responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality, health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., NAFDAC, SON, CPC).
- Facilitate staff training on quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Oversee production execution, report activities, and monitor metrics to improve efficiency.
- Ensure optimal raw and packing material utilization to minimize waste and maximize yield.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain safety and quality standards.
- Manage daily production shift schedules and supervise the production team to ensure high performance and timely execution of operations.
- Supervise water treatment and syrup mixing operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in quality, safety, and environmental management within a production environment, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.

- We are hiring a Head, Internal Audit & Control. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in safeguarding our assets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and identifying areas for process improvement.
- The candidate will work collaboratively with various departments to assess internal controls, conduct audits, and implement risk management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive internal control framework aligned with best practices and relevant Nigerian regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential control weaknesses and areas for improvement.
- Perform internal audits across various departments, including production, purchasing, inventory management, sales, and finance.
- Assist with the development and implementation of fraud prevention strategies.

- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and audit procedures in manufacturing industry.

Job Summary
- A key contributor to the business transformation and success of the business strategic sales plan with an effective regional sales force; demonstrating industry leadership in driving and achieving revenue, coverage, distribution, pricing, market share and brand building expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve set sales target of customers in dedicated channels and ensure achievement of targets in the focus channels i.e. Open markets, Bukas, HoReCa, Education (schools with boarding facilities), institutions with catering facilities etc.
- Recruit agreed number of Distributors as well as supervise all DB’s operators (Van Sales Reps) and attendants to ensure productivity and visibility.
- Support the Regional Sales Managers by providing feedback on customer stock requirements and usage/depletion.
- Conduct field coaching and trade visits with third party sales force in the channels to ensure flawless execution of our field sales plans.
- Drive coverage in dedicated channels - Open markets, Bukas, HoReCa, Education (Schools with boarding facilities) and institutions with catering facilities.
- Implement Channel promotional activities for all Frutta points of consumption and ensure prompt and accurate reporting.
- Participate in the Branch Weekly Operations Review, track channel and distributor performance, with clear analysis on sell-out activities and impact on branch performance.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree or HND in any discipline.
- Relevant certifications and training are an added advantage.
Work Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Field Sales Management, Open Market, in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
- Excellent communications, negotiation, people management skills.

Technical requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Region and Nigeria markets for Juice and Beverages Product.
